Hello, my name is Krzysztof Minkowski. I am a theater director, MBSR-certified meditation teacher, and stress management coach. I suffered from chronic stress disorders and depression for many years. I also underwent two courses of cognitive behavioral therapy, which helped me a lot but did not really solve the problem. I was still stressed, tense, and very unhappy. I started meditating and can no longer imagine life without meditation. My philosophy is scientifically based modern meditation. This means that you can meditate anywhere, anytime, in any position, and while doing any activity. In the car, in the park, on the bus, in bed, in a café, at the gym, in the sauna, in the kitchen, at the office, in the bathroom, at the supermarket, on the sofa, with your cat, at the train station, at the airport, and at the cinema before the film starts. I offer individual coaching and MBSR online courses. For me, the most important thing is to help you integrate meditation into your everyday life and improve your quality of life.
