MBSR MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION (ONLINE COURSE, ENGLISH)

In January, February, and March, the School of Modern Meditation (https://school-of-modern-meditation.com) offers you the opportunity to complete the gold standard course "Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction" (MBSR) from the comfort of your own home. Developed over 40 years ago by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts, this online course guides you through eight weekly interactive live sessions.

COURSE INFORMATION

Each week, you will participate in a two-hour group session via Zoom with Krzysztof Minkowski, international mindfulness trainer and theater director. He will guide and support you through the mindfulness course. Practice MP3s and our comprehensive participant workbook will be sent to you by email. As with most things in life, you get out what you put in. Practicing at home is a big part of the course, and you must commit to spending up to an hour on it 6 out of 7 days a week for the duration of the course.
